    Cars, Juice, and Memes: Today, I fucked up... by calling a
 locksmith when l was "locked
 out"of my car

 I'll preface this by saying I'm usually not a stupid man but I was at the end
 of my third 16 hour shift in a row and I was very tired. I'll make this quick:
 I got off work, went out to my car, hit the button for the doors on my
 remote unlocker as usual. Nothing happened. I tried it a few more times
 battery must be dead. I stand there for 10 minutes, mashing the little
 button, hoping for enough juice to open the doors. Nada
 I call a locksmith, explain that I'm locked out of my car. He says he'll be
 right over. 20 minutes later he arrives. He walks up with his tools, inserts
 a thing that looks like a blood pressure cuff in the door jamb. He starts
 making conversation as it inflates, pushing the door open:
 So locked your keys in the car? No problem sir, I'lI have it open in a
 minute.
 No, my keys are right here, my key fob is dead." I replied
 He stops and for about 10 seconds. Doesn't say a word. He sees my
 keys in my hands. Takes them from me, inserts them in the lock and
 opens the door
 I was mortified. I was so in a habit of opening the doors with my remote
 fob that I entirely forgot that keys could be used to unlock cars manually
 He started laughing so hard I thought he was going to have an
 aneurysm. After he stopped laughing, he told me there was no charge.
 The story he'd have to tell was worth the drive out

just going to vent here for a lil' bit if you don't mind. im really really struggling at the moment which is probably no secret because whenever i think im going to do something stupid, i post a sad caption and then i get sad about posting a sad caption because i don't want to make other people sad :-( 2017 has been the worst year of my life so far. I've hit a low point and i feel like im stuck in it. i know a way out of it but the only way out could either make my life amazing or make things so much worse than it already is. that thing would be to come out as trans to my mum but right now it's not even an option because my home life is extremely bad no matter how much i deny it. my friends are really good like they notice when im feeling down and i could look them dead in the eyes and say im fine but i know for a fact they see right through me. this year ive had many times where ive questioned living and to be honest im still questioning it (i really am not saying this for attention, i just need to vent so don't feel the need to swoop in at me ). today particularly was a bad day because i got home from a holiday that i really wasn't enjoying because of how im feeling inside, to be purposely locked out my house and then when i phoned my mum to apologise (i didn't do anything wrong but it was the only way she'd let me in) she put me on speaker in front of some of my family and i could hear them all making fun of me and it made me feel like shit. so you kinda see where I'm at. I can't do anything because I'm not in the right situation to do it and i know im in denial about how bad things are at home. for the depressing stuff that i don't really like to talk about, i really need to see a professional so im going to attempt to persuade my mum again tomorrow. also (on a different note) i have a lisp (many people do) and when I was young it was really bad but i went to speech lessons and its sorta okay now but recently (due to my lisp making things hard to say) i have been stuttering on many words and sentences and i think im developing a minor stammer. congratulations if you read this far and partially understood what i was saying. [STRICT OHP: BACK VIEW LOCK-OUT🔒] . For the longest time, we were told to keep our shoulders down and back or to put them in our back pockets. This was thought to promote "scapular stability". And while that is great for the bench press, pull up, or row, it's not a good cue for overhead movements.🏋️‍♀️ . The goal with overhead exercises is scapular mobility, and most notably, upward rotation. The shoulder blade should move up and around the ribcage as you press overhead. This is a big component of having full shoulder girdle ROM. . If you keep them down and back, you create a smaller space for your rotator cuff tendons to pass through and increase risk of impingememt.😣 You may also end up compensating and leaning into the low back to balance the weight overhead, which could lead to irritation there. Via @carthrottlenews - If you desperately and regularly need to get three rows of people somewhere fast, Dodge has your perfect solution. - The Durango SRT is a six-seat, 475bhp muscle monster that will hit 60mph in 4.4 seconds and smash the quarter-mile in 12.9 seconds, despite sharing size and weight stats with an ocean liner. Top speed isn’t confirmed yet. - With a 6.1-litre Hemi V8 providing the power behind the practicality, the hottest Durango will tow up to 3.9 metric tons as well as catapulting 12 clenched buttocks towards the horizon. Peak torque is 470lb ft at 4,300rpm. - You’re not likely to miss it on the road courtesy of a wider body kit and lower ride height, part of which are front and rear springs stiffened by three and 16 per cent respectively. On the bonnet there’s a functional cold air intake and vents to improve cooling. - Naturally it’s an automatic, which seems fair enough in an SUV, but there are now seven user-selectable drive modes for the driver to play with.
