Bad, Best Friend, and Family: ILEARNEDLESSONS ON MY OWN. What kind of lessons are those? ✔️You need to change. Instead of looking at external circumstances and blame them for unfortunate life events, look at yourself first and see if there’s anything you can improve. Can you change the way you live so that your life situation can improve? ✔️You can’t control life but you can control yourself. There are circumstances in life that you can’t control, i.e., being born into a dysfunctional family, losing your family member at a young age, becoming a victim of an unforeseeable accident, or having a cancer. However, if you realize that you are in control of yourself no matter what happens, you will not ignore the unfortunate circumstances and use them as springboards for the better you. ✔️You can’t change the way things are but you can change the way you look at things. ✔️You are actually a very strong person. ✔️You are your own worst enemy and your own best friend. ✔️You realize what matters and what doesn’t.When you are in a good financial situation, you probably find joy through activities such as dining out, going to the pub, going to events, shopping, and traveling. However, when life gets tough, you cannot afford to do those things. If you spend time feeling sad about the situation and missing the things you used to get to do, then you’d be unhappy. But if you learn to enjoy the simple things in life, little by little, and appreciate what you have, then you would realize that life is not too bad after all. - I hope this help you and feel free to leave a comment below!👇 - life lessons success millionairementor

Advice, Future, and Ironic: eggrollie art has been hard lately but i made this banana today and its probably the height of my ability and i am ready novw a guest speaker in one of my classes recently gave some of the best advice I have ever received… 1. let curiosity be your compass - think about what you’re motivated to do, your affinity, your aspirations. what are the core reasons for your motivation? 2. impact is everything - if everything works out exactly as expected, why does it matter? what will you learn or change? 3. be James Bond - expose the side of yourself that will be received best. you don’t need to reveal everything about yourself upfront. 4. create strong partnerships - build a wise council. you only need three people: one who is a few steps ahead of you or where you want to be in the future, one who is progressing at the same pace as you, and one who is behind you but has experienced more. 5. to make space for what matters, you have to say no - we aren’t self-aware enough to know our breaking point before we reach it, so don’t be afraid to pass on some things. 6. create meaningful time - bingeing is not productive. establish clear morning rituals and practice contingency management. a slow and steady schedule is best. 7.when you rush from A to B, you miss everything in between - slow down and forget about your destination. take time to appreciate the path you’re on. 8.”the chief enemy of creativity is good sense” - be creative. just don’t lose touch with your common sense. 9.it’s supposed to be fun most of the time or something’s wrong - there will be spontaneous emotional breakdowns and seemingly impassible obstacles, but enjoy the journey of life billsimportantposts

Arguing, Family, and Friends: Rap Pioneer Who Popularized Term 'Hip Hop,' Lovebug Starski Dies At 57 @balleralert Rap Pioneer Lovebug Starski, Who Popularized The Term ‘Hip Hop,’ Dies At 57 - blogged by @lanaladonna ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kevin Smith, a DJ from the Bronx, and better known as LovebugStarski who coined the term “hip-hop,” unfortunately passed yesterday at age 57. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ RollingStone reports his death was caused by a heart attack he had in Las Vegas, where he recently relocated. Starski’s daughter, Tiffany Smith, confirmed the cause of death. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Starski was among a core group of DJ pioneers that include DJKoolHerc, AfrikaBambaataa, GrandmasterFlash and GrandWizardTheodore. Rolling Stone says they all helped shape hip-hop’s parameters in the days before recorded rap in the 1970s. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ DJ Grandmaster Flash told rolling stone what made Starski so different from the rest. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "What set him apart was he was able to DJ and talk on the mic and do both at the same time, and he was really really good at this," explained Flash. “He played an extremely important role in the development of this. We all do it now, talk on the mic and DJ same time, but in the hip-hop world, Starski was probably the first to handle it." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Some may argue that Keith “Cowboy” Wiggins of Grandmaster Flash and the FuriousFive introduced the word “hip-hop,” but Smith accepted credit for the term in an interview with Amoeba Music in 2017. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ "That was one of my rhymes when I would get stuck for words and I used to go 'hip, hop, the hip, the hip, hip the hopping," he said. "You know it was just a nursery rhyme that coincided with the music, and that's the God's honest truth." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Condolences are sent to Smith’s family and friends. Salute to all “hip-hop” icons everywhere.

Google, Memes, and Relationships: MILLIONAIRE MENTOR INDNESS IS SO GANGSTER. If you are not a kind person you are probably asking yourself… What is kindness? 🤔 Well, a quick google research will give you the answer: Kindness is the state of caring about other people’s well-being and taking action to help make other people’s lives better and happier. BOOM! End of the post. Haha jk! Keep reading… - It’s great to be kind! Be good to people. Even the shitty ones. Let the assh*les be. Just be kind to everyone and you’ll sleep better 😉 - Let’s cut the chase, here’s how to be kind👇 - ✔️Get your intentions RIGHT. Having good intentions is the first step toward being kinder toward others and building positive relationships with them. Cultivating the right attitude about others is often necessary before we start acting in kinder ways. 👀 ✔️See things from other people’s perspectives. The practice of perspective-taking is a scientifically supported technique that we can use to increase empathy and kindness toward others. ✔️Pause when you get angry or frustrated. An important part of being a kind person is knowing how to control our anger and frustration. It’s natural for us to occasionally be upset with other people; however, we should try our best to channel these emotions in constructive ways, not lash out, yell, insult, or be aggressive. - And remember… Practice kindness in small doses. Kindness is like a muscle, the more we exercise it the better we are at it. 💪 - kindness success millionairementor
