self belief: take a moment to just breathe and smile and think about how far you've come Sometimes it's necessary to acknowledge how far you have come. Spiritual battles are perpetuated by fear of embracing change, also by holding on-not letting go, or burying traumatic events. This tends to manifest negative behavioural traits, abusive pattern and never ending cycles of self harm. When you form a bad habit it's usually because something is wrong, let's not call it bad, because I don't want anybody thinking that they are bad, let's call it a negative habit, because it is not good for you. In order to over come this wrong or solve the problem, we need to first identify it. Why are you spending all your money on materialistic rubbish you don't need? Why are you always getting into fights with random people. Why are you becoming an alcoholic? Why are you becoming addicted to drugs? Why are you overweight? Why do you always end up in abusive relationships? Some varied situations and none are easy to deal with. But (and I'm no psychologist, I have experience) I think all these problems have something in common. You don't love yourself. You don't have enough self belief. The reason I am saying this is because I hated myself, but I wasn't aware that I did. For whatever reason we all have problems, we embody these problems and negative, unproductive and a lot of the time self harming occurs because of it. Why was I eating harmful foods, because it was there, but it's deeper than that, it's because I didn't have the right education, yet I knew that fast food wasn't good for me, at the same time as not loving my body enough, not to fill up on bullsh*t. All these habits that formed through confidence destroying situations and my own self hatred are being solved as we speak. It's never easy, I have surrounded myself with positive people, I have also replaced the negative habits with positive habits. As we are habitual creatures. If you live long enough and rely on air, water, sleep and food then you will have to be.
