Family, Fire, and Memes: Man Sets Ex-Girlfriend on Fire and Abandons Her Baby on the Side of The Road After She Asks For a Paternity Test @balleralert Man Sets Ex-Girlfriend on Fire and Abandons Her Baby on the Side of The Road After She Asks For a Paternity Test - blogged by @MsJennyb ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A Phoenix man has been arrested and charged with murder after setting his ex-girlfriend on fire for asking him to take a paternity test. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to CBS News, officials cracked open the case on March 3, when police found a baby girl in a car seat on the road in 49-degree weather. Upon further investigation, officials found an adult shoe, a diaper bag and a wallet with an ID that belonged to 21-year-old Jasmine Dunbar. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a result, officials contacted Dunbar’s family, who had confirmed the baby belonged to the 21-year-old. But, where was the young woman? Dunbar’s godmother told police that her goddaughter had organized a meeting with Antwaun Ware to discuss establishing paternity for her 7-month-old daughter. But, she never returned. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When officials finally got in contact with Ware, he said he picked Dunbar and her daughter up and dropped her back off after they got into an argument over the paternity test. But, he later changed his story, allegedly telling officials that he physically assaulted the woman and left her in a field. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As for the baby, he reportedly told officials that he dropped the baby near his girlfriend’s house because he thought someone would retrieve her and take care of her. However, after leaving the baby on the side of the road, he told officials that he returned to Dunbar’s body and set her on fire with gasoline and watched her body burn. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a result, Ware was charged with one count of first-degree murder, one count of kidnapping and one count of abandonment of a body, and child abuse. He is currently being held on a $1 million bond.

Family, Future, and Memes: Tiffany Haddish Inks a Comedy Special Deal With Netflix and Mo'Nique ls "Proud" of Her @balleralert SHE READY Tiffany Haddish Inks a Comedy Special Deal With Netflix and Mo’Nique Is “Proud” of Her - Blogged by: @RaquelHarrisTV ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Comedian, actress, and model TiffanyHaddish is getting a Netflix comedy special and everyone - including comedic icon MoNique is happy about it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Many discussions have taken place about if Haddish had sealed a Netflix deal, amid Mo’Nique’s recent issues with the streaming service for giving her a “low offer” compared to other legends like DaveChappelle and ChrisRock. In said discussions, Mo’Nique went to bat for Black, female comics, specifically for Haddish. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “If I accepted $500,000, what does Tiffany Haddish have coming? If I accept that, what does the black female comedian have coming? Because what they’ll say is, ‘Mo’Nique accepted this and she’s got that.’ So what do they have coming?” said Mo’Nique. Whether you agree or disagree with her, you can’t negate the fact that those who come before others pave a clearer path for the success of future artists. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ However, Haddish already signed off on the Netflix deal before her name was ever mentioned. In a tweet, Haddish wrote: “I already got a deal and I signed it way before she [Mo’Nique] said a thing,” Haddish responded. “It’s not legend money but [it’s] enough to take care of my family for a min.” And like real sistas should, Mo’Nique congratulated her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “You’ve done nothing wrong, my sister. You KEEP SHINING,” she wrote on Twitter. “I am proud of you. You keep doing what [you’re] doing. You are making it better for the next ones.”
