<p>One thing that I think really does need to change is how family court views men in situations like this where the idea that a child will always be better off with their mother and fathers are rarely considered as good caregivers needs to be challenged as archaic and regressive.</p>

<p>There already is a precedent. Itā€™s called Criminally negligent homicide. If it can be proven that they were aware of the abuse and did nothing to prevent it or protect her from it, they could reasonably be brought up in charges.</p>

<p>Three separate cases were open regarding her abuse and they were all closed. They had reports from multiple witnesses as well as CONSIDERABLE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE of abuse. This wasnā€™t just some kind of vague hunch, her abuse was absolutely provable. tbh lol @ KyKy for using rando weird ass tags as if they had ever any traction or were used to target him en masseā€¦ One of them has about 5 posts in it, another has his as the only postā€¦
how about Dallas (the org, not the team) starts with showing at least a bare minimum of transparency instead of going on about who is or isnā€™t responsible for nothing.Ā 
the actual players are out there, each trying to take the most amount of blame, meanwhile their upper management clearly makes decisions even the coach disagrees with and said coach himself hasnā€™t understood that it is literally his job to shield his players by taking responsibility for their performance.Ā 
everything about their social media presence is a complete pr disaster tbhā€¦


Just to play devilā€™s advocate a little bit here, just because one of the hashtags arenā€™t a thing doesnā€™t mean there isnā€™t a real problem with players (and probably analysts) getting DMs like this. Jake had them spammed to him to the point where it had a big effect on his mentality (possibly gameplay) and Monte even was suggesting that OWL players shouldnā€™t have DMs open to fans. I donā€™t know that Kykyā€™s lack of death threat hashtag use makes his point that fans being toxic on social media a nonissue.

As far as transparency within the org, I agree with you completely. Playing live action room escape games was a good start but they can do better to protect players. If you, as a player, can walk away from a match thinking a loss was entirely your fault there is something wrong with the infrastructure, not the players. This needs to be fixed 100%. 

You are definitely right about it being an issue. I am a bit overly annoyed at how KyKy is handling the entire thing and everything else around his team on social media but that shouldnā€™t distract from that issue indeed.The thing that bothers me is: the bulk of the hate is not even directed at him, but this tweet and his use of hashtags as a rhetoric device makes it look like he is making it all bout him. And this after he basically, instead of taking any responsibility as a coach, threw everyone else under the bus with his other comments over the past weeks.So yeah, the point about people treating players better on social media is definitely valid - but he is presenting it horribly imo.And yeah, on top of the whole general PR and communication issue from the org that seemed to have pissed me off extra hard.Ā 

Youā€™re right, the delivery could have definitely been done better. I get that all teams are different and handle losses differently, but even teams like Mayhem (when they were losing) would go out with positivity and promises to work hard and do better AS A TEAM. Valla are also having issues within their team based on their reality show thing, and I donā€™t know if I agree with that much transparency (or at least that way of delivery) but they do handle losses as a team and not individuals. I donā€™t know who has the power to make changes like that for Dallas, or if Kyky has tried and failed or something, but things need to get fixed. I donā€™t think getting rid of him as a coach will fix anything when theyā€™ve had so much instability lately, but without the transparency itā€™s hard to even see where along the line the issue is.  With Fifty Shades of Grey being made into a movie, I've tried to
 raise awareness how this book is not about BDSM, but rather
 domestic and sexual abuse. Many women argue that the
 relationship in the book is BDSM, but that paints BDSM in a bac
 light
 BDSM is a community that believes in safety & comfort. Consent
 is always necessary, and partners take care of each other. After
 acts and role plays, partners comfort each other to help
 transition out of that zone. FSOG does not include any of this.
 Mr. Grey gives Anastasia (a then-virgin) an ultimatum; to sign a
 contract or leave. She is sexually inexperienced (being a virgin)
 and he manipulates that to push her boundaries to make it seem
 like the sexually violent things he is doing to her are okay. There
 are instances where after an act, he is mad at her for being upset,
 but does not comfort her. He uses alcohol to sway her consent
 this is by law rape. There is also an instance where she uses the
 safe word, yet he continues. That is consent being retracted, and
 Christian ignores the retraction of consent. That is sexual assault.
 Those are not the only problematic instances. Anastasia begins
 to hide things in fear of Christian's anger. He becomes jealous
 and easily angered. Anastasia fears for her safety. Experts have
 even matched her behavior with that of abused women, in
 accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and
 Prevention's description of partner violence.
 This book completely throws people who participate in BDSM
 completely under the bus by misrepresenting BDSM as a whole.
 Bad people do sneak into BDSM to find a way to escape
 persecution for their violent ways, but the majority of those in
 BDSM are not abusive, like this book would have you believe.
 This book romanticizes and fetishizes abuse, and painting abuse
 in a 'sexy' and 'fun' light is really dangerous for women. 1 in 5
 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime, that's
 why this book should not be defended. Making this behavior
 seem okay to accept from a man is dangerous, and people will be
 influenced to dabble in 'BDSM,' but not have an actual idea of
 what it is, and they will get hurt.
 It is up to every individual what they want to read, never anyone
 else. The point of this post is to point out how FSOG is
 problematic, not to police anyone's reading habits. I know many
 women (and men) defend this book and don't understand how it
 can be seen as abuse, but it is. And I hope more awareness will
 be raised so this does not influence others.

Hillary and her husband were BRUTAL on Obama, yet as soon as she lost the nomination, she started kissing his ass.Ā </strong>Now he throws her under the bus for the atrocity that was Benghazi, and sheā€™s letting him. Sounds about right.</p>
<p>As for his ā€œflip flopping,ā€ Iā€™ll say this. In the case of abortion, Mitt Romney was Pro-Choice until he was the governor of Massachusetts and was presented with an abortion law. Once he was faced with the actual power to take human life, he looked to his deep Mormon faith and realized that he couldnā€™t be Pro-Choice with a clear conscience. He had a genuine change of heart, and he ended up signing the least offensive bill since he had a Democratic State Congress who would have vetoed him anyway.</p>
<p>The other stuff doesnā€™t defy the fact that he is a business man and knows how to run a business and a state. Obama was a ā€œcommunity organizerā€ who got elected into Congress on a fluke when his campaign committee brought up the opposing candidateā€™s marital affairs and other made up scandals. When he was in the Senate, the only thing he did was make sure to vote PRO-PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION over and over. The other times? He merely voted ā€œpresent.ā€ He does not know how to run a country, and itā€™s clear through the fact that he tripled our deficit and outspent every single president from George Washington to George W. Bush.</p>
<p>Social issues donā€™t concern me this election. The economy and our national security does. Mitt Romney isnā€™t going to go around and try and kiss our enemiesā€™ asses and try to get them to ā€œlike us.ā€ He has a brain and knows theyā€™re never going to like us, so they might as well fear and respect us.</p>
<p>Iā€™m not paying $4 on average for gas anymore. Iā€™m not going to settle for spending my years with a Bachelorā€™s and Masters degree working in retail. Iā€™m not going to live in fear that our President will help the Muslim Brotherhood make its way into our nation to try and instigate Sharia Law while they mutilate and terrorize their own women in their country. I am not living in a liberalā€™s Socialist/Communist country.</p>
<p>If you want to, you can take your pick of other nations around the world who are. Iā€™m not letting this country turn to shit like them.</p>
<p>And even if I took to heart what other politicians have to say about this man, you cannot ignore his good heart. You canā€™t ignore the fact that he donated his entire inheritance to charity. You canā€™t deny that he is a self-made business man whose track record is 98% successful. You canā€™t deny that he denied salary during his time as the governor of Massachusetts. You canā€™t deny that he shut down his entire company to go in search of one of his employeeā€™s missing daughters. Heā€™s a good man, and his generosity outshines Obamaā€™s selfishness and incompetenceā€¦not to mention his blatant disregard for this countryā€™s tradition and values.</p>
<p>So your little YouTube video isnā€™t going to change my mind about who Iā€™m voting for on Tuesday. And if it changes anyone elseā€™s mind, well, then they never really thought for themselves or did their own research in the first place.</p>
